Shipping tracking: directly check the processing status of your order and track the shipment on the partner courier sites.

Receipt and fulfillment of orders
When the order is completed correctly, the system automatically sends a summary email to the customer as confirmation of PURCHASE ORDER.
The correct receipt of the Customer's order is confirmed by an automatic reply sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. The response is generated automatically by the Site system and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems. The message proposes, in addition to the information required by law, all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Each Purchase Agreement stipulated between the Owner and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Owner. The Owner has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order itself. . The acceptance of the Owner is considered tacitly granted, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer within 48 working hours from the sending of the order, by means of an e-mail message sent to the address communicated by the Customer.
By sending the order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the General and Payment Conditions described below.
The prices displayed, in some special cases may vary without notice, therefore it is advisable to ask for verification by sending an email or by calling! In cases where an order occurs at the same time as a price change, the Owner or the Customer can possibly decide whether or not to accept the order even if already concluded with payment made. In this case, if it is the Customer who terminates due to a price change, the Holder will return the amount paid, without the Customer being able to claim anything.

Orders received correctly and complete with all the necessary data are processed and usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise required by the warehouse.
